1. Who we are

The data controller is NUSIFIL ART SRL (Romanian company ID 45650429), trading as Nusifil Studio, at Strada Giuseppe Garibaldi 28, Bucharest 020226, Romania. You can reach us at contact@nusifil.ro or 0723 148 928.

2. What data we collect

Through the quote-request form we collect: full name, phone, email, desired service, event date, location, event type and guest count. You may also provide your referral source and a message.

At the events we photograph, we take pictures of participants under the agreement established with the event's organizer (the host).

If you accept optional categories in the banner, we process technical and usage data such as page address, visit source, device and browser type, interactions, clicks and successful form submission. We use this data for analytics, user-experience improvements and campaign measurement. Before consent, Google may receive cookieless advanced-consent-mode signals containing consent status and limited technical visit data.

3. Why we collect it

We use the form data exclusively to answer your quote request and, if you choose to work with us, to conclude and perform the contract (legal basis: pre-contractual steps and contract performance, art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Event photographs are taken and delivered under the agreement with the organizer; their use in our portfolio happens only with consent.

Optional analytics and advertising measurement rely on your consent under art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can change or withdraw that consent at any time through the CookieYes settings button.

4. Who we share it with

We never sell or rent your data. Where active, we use Vercel Inc. for hosting and technical measurement, Resend Inc. for message delivery, CookieYes for consent management, Google LLC for Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, campaign measurement and YouTube embeds, and Microsoft Corporation for Clarity.

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area using adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses or other applicable transfer safeguards.

5. How long we keep it

Quote requests: up to 2 years from the last interaction. Contractual and fiscal data: according to legal retention terms. Technical logs are kept for up to 12 months or the shorter period configured with the provider. In Google Analytics, event and user data are retained for 14 months. Consent preferences and cookie durations are shown in the CookieYes banner. Event photo galleries are retained according to the client agreement.

6. Your rights

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, plus the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian DPA, ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro). For any request - including removing a photo you appear in - write to contact@nusifil.ro and we'll answer within 30 days.
