1. Who We Are

The data controller is NUSIFIL ART SRL (Romanian company ID 45650429), trading as Nusifil Studio. You can reach us at contact@nusifil.ro or 0723 148 928.

2. What Data We Collect

Through the quote-request form we collect your full name, phone number, email address, desired service, event date, location, event type and guest count. You may also provide your referral source, a message and other event details.

At the events we photograph, we take pictures of participants under the agreement established with the event organizer.

Browser-based Google tools operate with storage denied by default and may receive limited cookieless technical signals through Advanced Consent Mode. After Resend accepts the request for the studio, the server records one form submission in Google Analytics using a fresh anonymous identifier. The event contains no form contents, name, email address, telephone number, browser or session identifier, or attribution data.

3. Why We Collect It

We use form data to answer your quote request and, if you choose to work with us, to conclude and perform the contract (legal basis: pre-contractual steps and contract performance, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Event photographs are taken and delivered under the agreement with the organizer; their use in our portfolio happens only with consent.

Optional analytics and advertising measurement rely on consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.

4. Who We Share It With

We never sell or rent your data. Where active, we use Vercel Inc. for hosting, BotID form protection and technical measurement, Resend Inc. for message delivery, Google LLC for Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, campaign measurement and YouTube embeds, and Microsoft Corporation for Clarity.

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area using adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses or other applicable transfer safeguards.

5. How Long We Keep It

Quote requests are retained for up to 24 months from the last interaction. Contractual and fiscal data is retained according to legal requirements. Technical logs are kept for up to 12 months or the shorter period configured with the provider. Google Analytics event and user data is retained for 14 months. Event photo galleries are retained according to the client agreement.

6. Your Rights

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, plus the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian DPA, ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro). For any request, including removing a photo you appear in, write to contact@nusifil.ro and we will answer within 30 days.

7. Storage and Consent

CookieYes manages consent choices. Before you choose, optional storage remains denied and Google tools may send only limited cookieless technical signals. If you accept analytics, CookieYes updates consent on the same page. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through the Manage cookies control in the footer.
