1. Who operates this site
nusifil.ro is operated by NUSIFIL ART SRL (RO company ID 45650429), Bucharest - "Nusifil Studio". Contact: contact@nusifil.ro, 0723 148 928.
2. The services
Nusifil Studio provides event photography services (mobile photo studio, photo booths, documentary coverage), photo products (prints, albums) and, in preparation, physical-studio services. Site descriptions are informative; the exact details of each engagement are set by contract.
3. Quotes and bookings
A quote request sent through the site creates no obligation for either party. A date booking becomes firm upon contract signing and deposit payment; the balance is due at the event. Date or format changes are handled flexibly, subject to availability.
4. Rights over the photographs
Copyright in the photographs belongs to Nusifil Studio. The client and guests receive personal usage rights over the delivered photographs, per the contract. Use of photographs in the Nusifil portfolio happens only under the consent set in the contract; removal of a photo can be requested anytime at our contact address.
5. Liability
We commit to delivering our services professionally. In situations beyond our control (venue conditions, power outages, force majeure), we work out alternatives together; our liability is limited to the value of the contracted services.
6. Disputes
Romanian law applies. Consumers may use ANPC - Alternative Dispute Resolution (anpc.ro/ce-este-sal) and the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
