How much space does the mobile photo studio need?
For an optimal photo experience, we need an open space of approximately 4 x 5 m and a minimum height of 3 m. This space allows our equipment to work properly and keeps guests comfortable during the photo sessions.
How long do setup and teardown take?
Our studio setup is fast and efficient, and the team adapts easily to any space that meets the minimum requirements. We work closely with the organizers to optimize timing and placement.
What conditions does the space need to meet?
To protect the equipment, the space should be protected from humidity, wind and direct sunlight. A covered area guarantees the technical conditions needed for flawless operation throughout the event.
How do you keep the experience pleasant for guests?
We work with the organizers to find the ideal placement, avoiding crowding and ensuring guest comfort. The area is managed efficiently, and our team offers constant support for a relaxed, pleasant experience.
What does The Black & White Studio Experience include?
Our package includes the photo studio setup, the capture of important moments by a professional photographer, instant editing and delivery of the photographs to guests, as well as the digital photo gallery after the event. We also guarantee good energy and genuine smiles.
Do you travel outside Bucharest?
Yes, we can travel anywhere in Romania and Europe to bring our photo experience wherever you need it. For locations outside Bucharest, additional transport and accommodation costs may apply, but we are flexible and ready to adapt the service to each event.
